Mastering Perfect Corners: The Perfect Corner Ruler for Quilt Blocks with Triangle Corners
This is a combination of the Perfect Corner Ruler and the book Drawing The Line on Accuracy at one low price. The Perfect Corner Ruler provides you a way to create perfect corner triangles that works! The fabric fills the corner, the blocks are straight and the right size! This allows you to assemble your blocks without needlessly chopping off points and ruining the visual effects created by the quilt design.
You deserve the best! Works with any corner triangle, especially those using the sew 'n flip method. Examples are: snowballs, square in a square, star points, flying geese, triangle on a triangle, and many more.
Drawing The Line On Accuracy - The companion book to the Perfect Corner Ruler™ provides information on: Why the ruler works; Why the Perfect Corner Method solves all of the deficiencies of all of the other corner triangle methods; Tips on aligning the fill-in triangle; Details on creating the five most common corner triangle configurations including how to design the blocks to fit into your own creations without mathematics; and, Includes the two patterns shown on the cover as well as the Perfect Corner Ruler.
Cactus Flower Table Runner [RGR123] is the first quilt in the book. It provides a beautiful star-flower table runner or wall hanging. It is made from strips and squares with corner triangles of the base fabric. The small center pedal is a 1-1/2in square with a 1in corner triangle to demonstrate the ease and improved accuracy of making small corner triangles. This beautiful table runner is assembled from three of the Cactus Flower units with sashing and a border with cornerstones.
Block of Many Colors [RGR081] is the second quilt in the book. This is the first of Raggedy Ruth Designs four Block of Many Colors quilts and is the most popular. All 12 blocks are exactly the same! So, once you’ve learned the first block, you become really fast by the last one. The reason the blocks appear to be so different is the way Ruth guides you through rotating the fabrics to give the differing appearances.
The pattern makes a bed-sized quilt in all of the four standard bed sizes: Twin, Full, Queen, and King. All four sizes use all 12 blocks but differ in the sashing and borders.
